New Stuff!!
Hi friends,
The new Thursday night class at Golds is off to a great start. I'd like to thank everyone that has come out to support this new class!
Also, I wanted to let you know about an upcoming workshop for next Friday night at Wake Forest Yoga. Yoga Dimensions for intermediate and advanced students. It's Friday, Feb 1st from 6-8pm. I hope you'll join me!
